Loft bedroom with two twin beds a ceiling fan and skylight. There is updated electric through the entire house

Fees

Deposit required - $500 deposit per weekly stay with balance due prior to or at check in
(All deposits are non-refundable)-applicable to cancellation policy

Weekly rate: $2000
(Savings over 25% off compared to nightly rates)

*A $50 charge will be added for any additional person per night maximum 5 adults. Children 5 years old and under stay FREE - one time $50 charge if a cot set up is required.

Separate damage security for Guest House is $200 held by a separate check that will be sent back pending final inspection.

Available for nightly stays
(minimum 3 nights)- $400 a night

Guest House is pet friendly with a $40 cleaning fee (no exceptions) Pet limit of 25lbs.

All rooms offer an ocean view

Complimentary homemade hot breakfast served daily to all guests who are staying in room-only accommodations.

Shared Microwave and Fridge available. However, hotplate cooking in the kitchenette space for nightly room rentals or in your room is not permitted.

To thank you for returning to our humble establishment, we are implementing "FRIENDS OF THE HARBOR HOUSE.” Simply mention this program when you make your reservation and we will discount your stay by 5%-10%, upon verifying one or more previous stays.

We offer a 10% discount to active MILITARY, VERTERANS, LAW ENFORCEMENT and EMS personnel and we thank you for your service. The green savings (please click the Green Savings link) will still be offered if you qualify for a discount offer however discount offers cannot be bundled.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are refundable within 30 days prior to your reservation date and in the event of a cancellation within the 30 days prior to the reservation date your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to resell your room. A 15% service charge will be deducted from all refunded deposits.
